Oyo APC Fully Committed to Local Government Election
In a statement made available to the public today by Mr Opadotun Tosin, APC IELG, Spokesperson, the party, All Progressives Congress’s attention has been called to a mischievous and misleading reports circulating about the withdrawal of (APC) from the upcoming local government election in Oyo State. It therefore categorically stated that these claims are entirely false and unfounded.
“The APC remains steadfast in its commitment to participate fully and actively in the forthcoming local government election. Our party stands united in its determination to offer credible and competent leadership to the people of Oyo State at the grassroots levels.
Any insinuation of withdrawal is baseless and a misrepresentation of our party’s position. We urge the public to disregard such misinformation and remain focused on the democratic process ahead.
We reiterate our unwavering support for the electoral process and call on all stakeholders to ensure a peaceful, free and fair election that reflects the will of the people.” Opadotun concluded.
